Say what you do
Describe core services with customer language and examples you can support. Separate performed work from coordination or referrals. Explain relevant limitations without promising every request can be fulfilled. Keep the official contact route current. A concise service description makes fit easier to judge than a broad collection of specialties with no indication of what the business actually delivers.
Describe geography carefully
State actual coverage separately from the business address. If coverage depends on job size or access, explain that. Do not claim nonexistent branches or use a regional label instead of real coverage. Avoid exposing a private address where a service-area description answers the question. Check all public channels after a coverage change so buyers do not see contradictory information.
Maintain supporting facts
Keep image and story permissions. Identify credential issuers and current status. Update services, contact details and hours promptly. Puget Sound Biz currently publishes guidance; listing submission, verification and membership are not offered. Keep your profile in your own records until a real submission process is available with clear terms and a way to maintain or correct the published information.
